Hold the Hope (HTH) is a revolutionary consultancy which specialises in the, consultation and delivery of ‘Tailor- made Workshops/ Programmes; for vulnerable young people (YP). Which include offenders or young people who are considered to be at risk of offending/ re-offending; including those most vulnerable to grooming, exploitation, homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Central to this work is the focus of serious youth violence (SYV), and the focus of SYV with women. Therefore we offer intensive 1:1 support/ mentoring and programmes based around sexual exploitation, abuse and trauma to break down barriers of those most affected.
Our main ethos is ‘to hold the hope for young people when they can’t hold the hope for themselves ‘ . To build relationships with some of the most disaffected young people through offering a ground-breaking mentoring/ programs to transform lives. This package includes intensive one2one support, and a 8 week re-engagement program (UTurn) to engage those at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Employment) or who are NEET to re-engage into EET.
Our team has a range of specialized skills, particularly working with YP in gangs or those most vulnerable to exploitation/ grooming. We have a remarkable team who have come from backgrounds similar to those of the YP we are working with. This is what makes the work we do so trailblazing; we understand the YP and have an ability to meet their needs.
